We ship within the European Union.

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Shipping cost is 4,95 EUR within Netherlands, and 12,95 EUR within EU countries.
• Delivery times are estimates.
• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
• Customers outside the EU are responsible for customs duties.

High-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

Insurance & Risk During Shipping

• High-value items are shipped via insured delivery services.
• Insurance applies until confirmed delivery.
• Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

If a shipment is lost or damaged:

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours.
• Claims may require documentation and cooperation with the carrier.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
